Campus Recruitment

To enable smooth transition from academia to the world of work, the College of Social Work, Nirmala Niketan, Mumbai has set up a Job Placement Cell (JPC) for its students to assist them in finding jobs, suitable to their aspirations.

Every academic year, the JPC conducts Campus Recruitment Drive from December to February month to enable graduating students to make effective employment decisions.

Representatives are invited from the Governmental, Non-Governmental and Private Sectors at the local, national and international levels. This is done with a view of exposing graduating students to various agencies in the field and the wide array of options available to them after completion of their studies.

In the past, through Campus Recruitment, our students have been successfully placed in the NGOs, Government, Semi-government and Corporate Sectors in various parts of India, England and the United States of America. We request organizations wanting to come for campus recruitment to kindly get in touch with the Job Placement Officer.

Campus recruitment charges can be paid either by cash or cheque "College of Social Work-Nirmala Niketan". NGOs : Rs.1,500/-
Corporate : Rs.3,000/-
Overseas : Rs.5,000/-

The JPC also assists ex-students of the college in seeking jobs and is actively involved in mailing job vacancies to all its Alumni members throughout the year. We request you to kindly get in touch with the Job Placement Officer. The job vacancy details could be posted on swplacements@yahoo.co.in. This vacancy information would then be circulated to all alumni members and to those visiting the cell for a job.
