“Perspectives in Social Work” is a professional journal for the advancement of perspectives on Social Issues and Social Work intervention. It is committed to promoting qualitative indigenous literature on Indian Social problems through research, education and practice in social work. It further aims at promoting awareness of strategies relevant to the practice of social work. The journal is brought thrice a year in April, August and December. Since 1984, it has covered a wide range of subjects including the child, the disabled, environment, health, the marginalized, women’s issues, human rights and advocacy.
